Proeditor.co.uk considers any and all information related to its client/s to be strictly confidential and will not make such information available to anyone outside Proeditor.co.uk unless authorised in writing by the client.

Proeditor.co.uk reserves the right to retain information solely to resolve potential disputes up to a maximum period of 4 weeks. In addition, Proeditor.co.uk reserves the right to disclose confidential information (i) as mandated by law, (ii) in connection with a court action brought by the client against Proeditor.co.uk , or any of its agents, employees, officers, directors or service providers, and (iii) in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to protect and defend the rights, property or safety of Proeditor.co.uk, its users or the public.
