By using this website, the client agrees to be bound by all of the terms and conditions of Proeditor.co.uk. Should the client object to any such terms and conditions or any subsequent modifications thereto or become dissatisfied with the site in any way, the client’s sole recourse is to discontinue use of the site.

It is not part of Proeditor.co.uk’s service to produce written materials from scratch, but Proeditor.co.uk will provide proof-reading and copy editing for any type of written document, at the discretion of Proeditor.co.uk.

The client retains complete ownership and copyright of submitted materials, whatever level of service Proeditor.co.uk may have performed upon it.

Should any dispute arise between the client and Proeditor.co.uk, best efforts shall be made by both parties to resolve the dispute.

Should the client be unsatisfied with the quality of services provided by Proeditor.co.uk, the client is required to contact Proeditor.co.uk specifying the reasons for such dissatisfaction, within seven (7) days of delivery of service by Proeditor.co.uk. Based on full consideration of the client’s comments, Proeditor.co.uk will either:

(a) Have the work redone at no extra charge to the client or

(b) Conclude that the work is already done.

If the work meets industry standards then the client can for an extra fee have the document re-edited by a different editor at Proeditor.co.uk. Should Proeditor.co.uk issue a refund to the client, refunds will be given for up to the amount of the original payment only. All refunds will be made to the account of the client designated on the purchase order. No refunds will be made in cash. Proeditor.co.uk will not be held liable for errors or omissions because the client did not clearly communicate requirements.

Proeditor.co.uk and/or its editors may terminate a project at any time for any reason.

Proeditor.co.uk no way endorses the contents of any the client communications or submitted documents. Proeditor.co.uk does not assume responsibility for any threatening, libellous, obscene, harassing or offensive material contained therein, any infringement of third party intellectual property rights arising there from, any crime facilitated thereby or any subsequent use thereof upon completion of work.

Proeditor.co.uk shall not be liable for any direct, indirect or incidental damages resulting from the use of, or the inability to use, the site, or for cost of procurement of substitute services, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, use, data or other intangible, even if Proeditor.co.uk has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Proeditor.co.uk reserves the right to discontinue operation of the site with or without notice to users and with or without cause at any time and effective immediately. Proeditor.co.uk shall not be liable to the clients or any third party for discontinuation of the site.

The Terms of Service and disclaimers, as well as the site itself, may be modified, amended or updated by Proeditor.co.uk at any time without notice.

The Terms of Service, disclaimers and the order form constitute the entire agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all oral and written representations, agreements and understandings.
